宗族文化对企业绿色创新的影响机制研究——基于市场化程度与社会信任水平的调节作用

摘要:

以2008—2023年我国A股上市企业数据为样本,探讨宗族文化对企业绿色创新的影响机制。运用倾向得分匹配法和Heckman两阶段检验法等方法研究发现,宗族文化与企业绿色创新呈正相关关系,而市场化程度和社会信任水平会削弱这种关系。机制检验表明,宗族文化通过缓解企业融资约束促进绿色创新。宗族文化在企业绿色创新中具有积极作用,在宗族文化浓厚的地区,企业应积极与当地宗族建立良好关系,充分利用宗族网络获取资源与支持。政府在推动区域经济发展和企业绿色创新过程中,可以鼓励宗族组织参与企业的绿色创新项目,实现宗族文化与企业绿色创新的良性互动。

Abstract:

Taking A-share listed companies in China from 2008 to 2023 as samples,this paper explores the impact mechanism of clan culture on corporate green innovation.By using propensity score matching and a two-stage Heckman selection model,it is found that there is a positive correlation between clan culture and corporate green innovation,while the marketization degree and social trust level will weaken this relationship.The mechanism test shows that clan culture promotes green innovation by alleviating corporate financing constraints.Clan culture plays a positive role in corporate green innovation in areas with strong clan culture,enterprises should actively establish good relations with local clans and fully utilize clan networks to obtain resources and support.In promoting regional economic development and corporate green innovation,the government can encourage clan organizations to participate in corporate green innovation projects,achieving apositive interaction between clan culture and corporate green innovation.
