基于2011—2022年我国30个省份(不含西藏和港澳台)的面板数据,采用熵权-TOPSIS法测度数字经济与能源安全综合指数,通过构建固定效应模型实证检验数字经济对能源安全的作用机制。研究结果表明:数字经济对能源安全存在显著正向影响,且这一结论通过了内生性和稳健性检验;就作用机理而言,技术创新在数字经济与能源安全间发挥中介作用;在异质性方面,数字经济对能源安全的影响呈现梯度化区域特征,即东部地区数字经济对能源安全水平的提升效能显著高于中部和西部地区,区域创新要素集聚度与数字基础设施完备性是造成这一差异的关键因素。建议东部地区聚焦数字技术原始创新,中部和西部地区加强数字基础设施建设,同时完善数字金融生态和产学研协同机制,以提升数字经济对能源安全的赋能效果。
Abstract:Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China(excluding Xizang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) from 2011 to 2022, this study employs the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to measure comprehensive indices for the digital economy and energy security. A fixed-effects model is constructed to empirically examine the impact mechanism of the digital economy on energy security. The research findings indicate that the digital economy exerts a significant positive effect on energy security, a conclusion that holds after endogeneity and robustness tests. Regarding the mechanism, technological innovation effectively serves as a mediating transmission channel between the digital economy and energy security. In terms of heterogeneity, the impact of the digital economy on energy security exhibits a gradient regional characteristic: the energy security enhancement effect of the digital economy in the eastern region is significantly higher than that in the central and western regions. The clustering of regional innovation factors and the completeness of digital infrastructure are identified as key drivers for this disparity. It is recommended that the eastern region focus on original innovation in digital technology, while the central and western regions strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure. Simultaneously, the digital financial ecosystem and industry-university-research collaboration mechanisms should be improved to enhance the empowering effect of the digital economy on energy security.
