共青团是中国共产党的助手和后备军,在国家治理中发挥着重要作用。以2018—2019年《中国青年报》相关报道为考察对象,对共青团助力乡村振兴的动因、方式与绩效进行描述性解读。研究发现,在服务国家发展大局与深化共青团改革的双重压力下,共青团积极服务返乡青年创业创新、组织青年下乡社会实践和选拔培养农村青年人才,在带动农民增收致富、提升基层团组织活力、实现青年人生价值和形成示范效应方面取得实效。协助基层整合乡村多元治理力量、承接政府购买农村公共服务是共青团未来助力乡村振兴的重要发展方向。

The Communist Youth League is the assistant and reserve force of the Communist Party of China and plays an important role in national governance.Taking relevant reports of China Youth Daily(2018—2019)as the research object,this paper gives a descriptive interpretation of motivation,method and performance of the Communist Youth League in promoting rural revitalization.The study found that under the dual pressure of serving the overall situation of the country and deepening the reform of the Communist Youth League,the Communist Youth League has served returning youth to entrepreneurial innovation,organized youth social practice in the countryside,and selected and cultivated rural youth talents,which is driving farmers' income and enrichment,enhancing the vitality of grassroots league organizations.Practical results have been achieved in realizing youth's life value and forming a demonstration effect.It is an important practical development direction for the Communist Youth League to help rural revitalization by assisting the grassroots to integrate the diversified rural governance forces and accepting government purchase of rural public services.
